The correct answer is:
In assigning \(\mathrm{R}-\mathrm{S}\) configuration \(-\mathrm{SO}_{3} \mathrm{H}\) group has highest priority.
The decreasing order of priority is \(-\mathrm{SO}_{3} \mathrm{H}>-\mathrm{COOH}>-\mathrm{CHO}>-\mathrm{C}_{6} \mathrm{H}_{5}\).
Higher is the atomic number of the atom, higher is its priority. The atomic number of \(\mathrm{S}\) is maximum. Hence, \(-\mathrm{SO}_{3} \mathrm{H}\) group has highest priority.
