In double-slit experiment using light of wavelength 600 $\mathrm{nm}$, the angular width of a fringe formed on a distant screen is $0.1^{\circ}$. What is the spacing between the two slits?

Angular width $\theta=\frac{\lambda}{d}$
$0.1^{\circ}=\frac{0.1}{180} \pi=\frac{6 \times 10^{-7}}{d}$
$$
d=\frac{6 \times 180 \times 10^{-7}}{0.1 \times \pi}=3.44 \times 10^{-4} \mathrm{~m}
$$
