Let $f(x)=\frac{2 x-1}{3 x-4},[1,2]$
Since, $f(x)$ is not defined at $x=\frac{4}{3} \in[1,2]$
So, Lagrange's theorem is not applicable on $f(x)$ on $[1,2]$
