The correct answer is: is brought to molten form which is made to flow on a slope

Liquation is a metallurgical method for separating metals from an ore or alloy.

This method was largely used to remove lead containing silver from copper, but it can also be used to remove antimony minerals from ore, and refine tin.

Liquation process is used for metal having low melting point such as tin in which they are heated and brought to molten state and made to flow down the slope while impurities with higher melting point left on the top.

Liquation is similar to distillation, except instead of vaporizing the impure metal, it is melted.
