assume block of mass 100 kg is moving upward with acceleration a with respect to ground and tension in the rope is T. Then,

for man 

T-60g=605g4-a  .......(1)  (  man is climbing on the rope with acceleration 5g4 )

for block

T-100g=100a ......(2)

solving equation (1) and (2)

T=1218.7 N 1218 N
