The correct answer is: 18 and 12
During photosynthesis one Calvin cycle takes in only one carbon (as CO2) at a time so, it takes six turns of the cycle to produce six-carbon compound (glucose). For the formation of one molecule of hexose sugar (glucose) 18 ATP and 12 NADPH2  are used, whereas 30 ATP and 12 NADPH2 are used during the C4 cycle.

These ATP and NADPH2 (assimilatory power) are produced during the light reaction of photosynthesis.
