In $L-C-R$ series resonance circuit,
$X_L=X_C$
$\therefore \tan \phi=\frac{X_L-X_C}{R}=\frac{0}{R}=0$
$\Rightarrow \quad \phi=0^{\circ}$
$X_L=X_C$
$\therefore \tan \phi=\frac{X_L-X_C}{R}=\frac{0}{R}=0$
$\Rightarrow \quad \phi=0^{\circ}$
