The correct answer is: Both (b) and (c)
The chromosomes uncoil to form chromatin. The spindle fibers disappear. The nuclear membrane and nucleolus reappear and cytokinesis follows to produce two cells. The first meiotic division effectively ends when the chromosomes arrive at the poles. Each daughter cell now has half the number of chromosomes but each chromosome consists of a pair of chromatids.
