Capacitors in series
\(2 C_{1} \times V_{1}=C \times V_{2}\)
\(2 V_{1}=V_{2} \ldots\) (i)
and \(V_{1}+V_{2}+V_{1}=60 \ldots\) (ii)
Solving Eqs. (i) and (ii), we get
\(V_{2}=30 \mathrm{~V}\)
