The correct answer is: 10

For an LCR circuit,

Bandwidth $= \frac{R}{L}$

$= \frac{10}{3} Hz$

For an LCR circuit quality factor $= \frac{\sqrt{L}}{R \sqrt{C}}$

$= \frac{\sqrt{3}}{10 \times \sqrt{27 \times 10^{- 6}}} = \frac{100}{3}$

Therefore, required ratio

$= 10$ .
