The correct answer is: $\mathrm{He}, \mathrm{Ne}$
Only $\mathrm{He}$ and $\mathrm{Ne}$ are remained unadsorbed on the coconut charcoal at $-100^{\circ} \mathrm{C}(173 \mathrm{~K})$ as their boiling points are less than $-100^{\circ} \mathrm{C} .(\mathrm{He}=4 \mathrm{~K}, \mathrm{Ne}=27 \mathrm{~K})$
