The correct answer is:
28
Let Sides of Rectangle are $x$ \& y Then
$$
\begin{array}{l}
5 x+6 y=76 \\
4 y=3 x
\end{array}
$$
After solving we get $y=6, x=8$ Perimeter $=2(x+y)=28$
$$
\begin{array}{l}
5 x+6 y=76 \\

\end{array}
$$
After solving we get $y=6, x=8$ Perimeter $=2(x+y)=28$
