The correct answer is: 3

As we can see, two resistances of 2 Ω in the middle portion(in both left and right side) are in parallel, so their combined resistance will be 2×22+2+2×22+2=2 Ω. Now this resistance along with the topmost & bottommost resistance are in parallel again, so total resistance of the circuit will be,

Req=23+23=43 Ω

P=V2Req=443=3 W
