The correct answer is:
$48 \mu \mathrm{C}$
The net charge on upper plates both capacitor $(2 \mu \mathrm{F}$ and $3 \mu \mathrm{F}$ ) will be $+80 \mu \mathrm{C}$, so charge on upper plate of $3 \mu \mathrm{C}$ capacitor will be
$$
\begin{aligned}
& q=\left(\frac{3}{3+2}\right)(80 \mu \mathrm{C}) \\
& q=\frac{3}{5} \times 80=48 \mu \mathrm{C}
\end{aligned}
$$
$$
\begin{aligned}
& q=\left(\frac{3}{3+2}\right)(80 \mu \mathrm{C}) \\
& q=\frac{3}{5} \times 80=48 \mu \mathrm{C}
\end{aligned}
