The correct answer is: 5

$\frac{V - 20}{2} + \frac{V}{2} + V - 5 = 0$

$V - 20 + V + 2 (V - 5) = 0 \Rightarrow 4 V - 20 - 10 = 0$

$V = \frac{30}{4} = \frac{15}{2} V$
$I = \frac{15 - 10}{2} = \frac{5}{2} A \Rightarrow 2 I = 5 A$
