The correct answer is: 10

In the given circuit, both 4 Ω resistors get shorted out, thus no current will flow from them. Removing the resistors from which no current will flow.

Now, the circuit can be redrawn as shown below.

Req=3+(22)+6

Req=3+2×22+2+6

Req=10 Ω
