The correct answer is: \( 0.6 A \)

Let i be the current through the arm ADC. Then current through the arm ABC=2.1-i. As there is no deflection in the galvanometer, the two arms are parallel to each other, therefore their potential drop across the arm will be same. Hence,
20+5i=8+2(2.1-i)

25i=21-10i35i=21
i=2135=35=0.6A
