The correct answer is: $\mathrm{NH}_4 \mathrm{NO}_3$
$\mathrm{NH}_4$ ions are required to supress the ionization of $\mathrm{NH}_4 \mathrm{OH}$ but sufficient to precipitate the III group radicals. $\left(\mathrm{NH}_4\right)_2 \mathrm{SO}_4$ can't be used as $\mathrm{SO}_4^{2-}$ ions will precipitate $\mathrm{Ba}^{2+}$ as $\mathrm{BaSO}_4$
