Drift velocity, $\mathrm{V}_{\mathrm{d}}=1 / \mathrm{nAe}$
$\left(v_{\mathrm{d}}\right)_{\text {electron }} /\left(v_{\mathrm{d}}\right)_{\text {hole }}=\left(1_e / l_h\right)\left(n_h / n_e\right)=(7 / 4) \times(5 / 7)=5 / 4$
