The correct answer is:
$\mathrm{SF}_4, \mathrm{XeF}_4, \mathrm{CH}_4$
Among $\mathrm{SF}_4, \mathrm{XeF}_4$ and $\mathrm{CH}_4$, the central atoms $(\mathrm{S}, \mathrm{Xe}$ and $\mathrm{C}$ respectively) are $\mathrm{sp}^3 \mathrm{~d}, \mathrm{sp}^3 \mathrm{~d}^2$ and $\mathrm{sp}^3$ - hybridized respectively due to a total of 5,6 and 4 electron pairs on the central atoms respectively.
