The chromosomal disorder occurs when there is an addition or deletion of the chromosome in the individual. In case of trisomy of the ${21}^{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{t}}$ chromosome, Down's syndrome will be observed. Turner's syndrome is a type of chromosomal disorder occurring due to the loss of one X chromosome resulting in the genotype as $44+\mathrm{X}\mathrm{ }\mathrm{o}\mathrm{r}\mathrm{ }44+\mathrm{X}\mathrm{O}$.

Such females are characterized by stunted height and webbed-neck. They are sterile as ovaries are rudimentary and lack secondary sexual characteristics.

XXY condition is called Klinefelter's syndrome where an individual has an extra copy of X chromosome.
