reduce the fertility by impairment of spermatogenesis
Spermatogenesis is the process of producing male gametes or sperms which will then participate in the fertilization process. This process requires lower body temperature and hence the testis is placed in the scrotal sac (scrotum) outside the lower abdomen. If the temperature of the scrotum is raises it will denature the enzymes required for the spermatogenesis process and reduce fertility as new sperms are not produced.
