The correct answer is: 14

Given,

a+b2=a2+2b2 & a·b=3

We know that

a+b2=a2+b2+2a·b

Now using the above formula in a+b2=a2+2b2 we get,

a2+b2+2a·b=a2+2b2

Now on comparing both side we get, b2=2a·b=6 .........1

Also given a×b2=75

a2b2sin2θ=75

a2b21-cos2θ=75

a2b2-a2b2cos2θ=75

a2b2-a·b2=75

Now putting the value of b2=2a·b=6 we get, 6a2-9=75a2=14
