The correct answer is:

say $\mathrm{f}(\mathrm{x})=\mathrm{ax}^{2}+\mathrm{bx}+\mathrm{c}$
$f(x)=a x^{2}+b x+c$ $f(2)=4 a+2 b+c=10$ $f(-2)=4 a-2 b+c=-2$
$\Rightarrow 4 \mathrm{~b}=12$
$\mathrm{b}=3$
$f(x)=a x^{2}+b x+c$ $f(2)=4 a+2 b+c=10$ $f(-2)=4 a-2 b+c=-2$
