The correct answer is: 10

Given,

P be the plane passing through the line x-11=y-2-3=z+57 and the point (2,4,-3),

So, equation of plane is given by,

x-2y-4z+31-372-14-2-3--5=0

x-2y-4z+31-37122=0

x-2-20-y-4-5+z+35=0

4 x-y-z-7=0

Now finding the imageα, β, γ  of the point -1,3,4 with respect to plane 4 x-y-z-7=0 we get,

x+14=y-3-1=z-4-1=-2-4-3-4-716+1+1=2

x=7=α, y=1=β, z=2=γ

Hence, α+β+γ=10
