The correct answer is:
$\sim Q \rightarrow S$
But $\sim S \rightarrow R$
$\therefore \mathrm{Q} \rightarrow \mathrm{R}$, True $[$ As $\mathrm{P} \rightarrow \mathrm{Q} \rightarrow \mathrm{R} \rightarrow \mathrm{P}]$
Hence $\sim \mathrm{Q} \rightarrow \mathrm{S}$ is true
$\therefore \mathrm{Q} \rightarrow \mathrm{R}$, True $[$ As $\mathrm{P} \rightarrow \mathrm{Q} \rightarrow \mathrm{R} \rightarrow \mathrm{P}]$
Hence $\sim \mathrm{Q} \rightarrow \mathrm{S}$ is true
