2g2-c=2a24-c=22

 a24-c=2 ...1

2f2-c=2a2-c=25

Circle x2+y2-2x-4y-1=0

x-12+y-22=6

Given x+2y=0m=-12

mtangent=2

Equation of tangent y-2=2x-1±61+4

2x-y±30=0
