The correct answer is: -22

fx=a  b  c=x      2      32      x     17       2      x

=xx22+22x+7+347x

=x32x4x+14+1221x

fx=x327x+26

f'x=3x227=3x3x+3

so local maxima point is x0=-3

Now a.b+b.c+c.a=2x2x3-142xx+7x+4+3x=3x13

at x=x0=3

a.b+b.c+c.a=913=22
