Let probability of success is p and failure is q
Given n=7,

also , PX=3=5 PX=4 C37p3q4=5·C47p4q3

We know that p+q=16p=1 (from i)

  p=16 and q=56

Mean =np=7·16=76

and Variance =npq=7·16·56=3536

 Sum of mean and variance =76+3536 =7736
