Pancreatic juice contains many enzymes in inactive form. These enzymes are Trypsinogen, chymotrypsinogen. procarboxypeptidase, lipases, amylases, nucleases. Enzyme from the small intestine i.e.Enterokinase activates trypsinogen into trypsin which further activates other pancreatic enzymes. Bile is the only juice which does not contain any enzyme.
