Mast cells secrete heparin (and coagulant), histamine (vasodilator) and serotonin (vasoconstrictor) along with other enzymes and hormones such as cytokines, peptidoglycans, protease etc. relaxin is secreted by placenta. Calcitonin is secreted by thyroid gland. Melanin is secreted by dermal cells.
