During cell cycle centriole duplicates during S Phase , condensation of chromosome starts during prophase and condensation is completed during metaphase. Nuclear membrane, golgi body and ER disappears during late prophase. Centraomere splits are chromatids are separated during anaphase of mitosis and anaphase II of meiosis.
