The correct answer is: a-(v), b-(iii), c-(i), d-(ii)
Active trafficking from the Golgi apparatus is involved in acrosome formation in sperm. The path of a protein destined for secretion has its origins in the rough endoplasmic reticulum, a membrane-bound compartment in the cell. The microtubule-organising centre (MTOC) is a structure found in eukaryotic cells from this microtubules emerge. MTOCs has two main functions: the organization of eukaryotic flagella and cilia and the organization of the mitotic and meiotic spindle apparatus, which separate the chromosomes during cell division. Spherosomes are small membrane-bound organelles which take part in storage and synthesis of fats.
