Pisum sativum, beans, gram etc. belong to family Fabaceae and root of all members of Fabaceae contains root nodules that have nitrogen fixing bacteria and they shows the presence of diadelphous stamen whereas potato, tomato, brinjal are included in family Solanaceae which shows bicarpellary, syncarpous and superior ovary and their Stamens are five in number, epipetalous (stamens attached to petals)
