Cofactor of $(1)=\left|\begin{array}{cc}4 & 2 \\ -4 & 6\end{array}\right|=24+8=32$
Cofactor of $(3)=\left|\begin{array}{cc}-1 & 0 \\ 4 & 2\end{array}\right|=-2-0=-2$
