(i) Aldehyde and ketone which are less hindered at carboxyl carbon show nucleophilic addition reaction at high rate.
(ii) Presence of electron donating groups at carbonyl carbon decrease the rate.
$\therefore$ Nucleophilic addition reaction will be most favored in $\mathrm{CH}_3 \mathrm{CHO}$.
