The correct answer is: the intensity of light is twice maximum and twice zero
During rotation

When θ=0° Intensity goes to maximum

When θ=90° Intensity becomes zero

When θ=180° Intensity become maximum again

When θ=270° Intensity again become zero.

Where θ is the angle of rotation.
