I and II only
Plant cell has cell wall that is primarily made of cellulose but does not have peptidoglycan. Rather peptidoglycan is found in the cell wall of prokaryotes like bacteria. Plasmodesmata is feature in plant cell enabling connection between cells and supporting transport of materials although centrioles are characteristic of animal cells useful in the process of cell division. A plant cell has 80S ribosome, a feature of eukaryotic cell. Plastids are an organelle found only in plant cell of which those that store carbohydrates are known as Amyloplasts.
