$=\int \frac{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{i}\mathrm{n}\left(2\mathrm{x}+\frac{\mathrm{x}}{2}\right)}{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{i}\mathrm{n}\frac{x}{2}}dx$

Using $\sin \left(A+B\right)=\sin A\cos B+\cos A\sin B$

$=\int \frac{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{i}\mathrm{n}2x\mathrm{c}\mathrm{o}\mathrm{s}\frac{x}{2}+\mathrm{c}\mathrm{o}\mathrm{s}2x\mathrm{s}\mathrm{i}\mathrm{n}\frac{x}{2}}{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{i}\mathrm{n}\frac{x}{2}}dx$

$=\int \left(\frac{\left(2 \sin x \cos x\right)\mathrm{c}\mathrm{o}\mathrm{s}\frac{x}{2}}{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{i}\mathrm{n}\frac{x}{2}}+\mathrm{c}\mathrm{o}\mathrm{s} 2x\right)dx$

$=\int \left(\frac{2\left(2\sin {\displaystyle \left(\frac{x}{2}\right)}\cos \left({\displaystyle \frac{x}{2}}\right)\right)\cos x \cos \left({\displaystyle \frac{x}{2}}\right)}{\sin \frac{x}{2}}+\cos 2x\right)dx$

$=\int \left(4{\cos }^2\left(\frac{x}{2}\right)\cos x+\cos 2x\right)dx$

Using  $\cos 2x=2{\cos }^{2}x-1\Rightarrow 2{\cos }^{2}x=1+\cos 2x$

$=\int \left(2\left(1+\cos x\right)\cos x+\cos 2x\right)dx$

$=\int \left(2\cos x+2{\cos }^{2}x+\cos 2x\right)dx$

$=\int \left(2\cos x+\left(1+\cos 2x\right)+\cos 2x\right)dx$

$=\int \left(2\cos x+2\cos 2x+1\right)dx$

$=2\sin x+\sin 2x+x+c$, where $c$ is the constant of integration.
