For inductor,
$$
I \propto \frac{1}{X_L} \propto \frac{1}{f}
$$
Hence, as frequency increases, current decreases.
For capacitor,
$I \propto \frac{1}{X_C} \propto f$
Hence, as frequency increases, current increases.
$$
I \propto \frac{1}{X_L} \propto \frac{1}{f}
$$
Hence, as frequency increases, current decreases.
