The correct answer is: Chromosome is made up of two sister chromatids at anaphase of mitosis.
Mitosis consists of karyokinesis followed by cytokinesis. Karyokinesis includes prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. In prophase, the condensation of chromatin takes place. In metaphase nuclear envelope disintegrates and chromosome condensation completes and chromosomes align at the equator. In anaphase, the chromosomes split and two chromatids separate and thus they start migrating towards the poles. At telophase the chromatids reach the end.
