The correct answer is: 4 h,805 km

The expression for the maximum height of the projectile is given
by,

H=u2 sin2 θ2 g       1

The expression for the maximum range of the projectile is given by,

R=u2 sin 2θg

The ratio of the maximum height to the range of the projectile is calculated as,

HR=u2 sin2θ2 gu2 sin 2θg

=sin3 θ2 sin 2θ

Substitute the given values in the above equation.

HR=sin3 θ2 sin 2θ

34=sin3 θ2 sin 2θ

3 sin 2θ-2 sin2 θ

tan θ=3

From the geometry of the triangle,

sin θ=310      ...2

From the equation 1

u2 sin2 θ2 g=3

u2 sin2 θ=3×2 g

Substitute the values in the above equation.

u2 3102=3×2 10

u2=100×23

u=1023  m s-1
