The correct answer is: 4,5

Let, the lengths of the semi-major axis and semi-minor axis of the ellipse are a & b respectively, then the distance of the focus 3,4 from the corresponding directrix x+y-1=0 is equal to ae-ae
a12-a12=3+4-12=32
3a2=32a=22
Distance between the focus and centre =ae=2
The slope of the axis of the ellipse is 1=tanθ
cosθ,sinθ=12,12 or -12,-12
The points on the axis of the ellipse at a distance 2 units from 3,4 are 3±212,4±212
Points are 2,3 or 4,5 , but the centre is 4,5 because it is far from the directrix as compared to 2,3.
