g' = \frac{g R^{2}}{{(R + h)}^{2}}

\frac{g}{4} = \frac{g R^{2}}{{(R + h)}^{2}}

\frac{1}{4} = \frac{R^{2}}{{(R + h)}^{2}}

{(R + h)}^{2} = 4 R^{2}

(R + h) = 2 R

h = R = R_{e}
