Let A=(1,2) equation of line is

x-1cosθ=y-2sinθ=r=63

 x=63cosθ+1,y=63sinθ+2

This point lies on line x+y=4

 63cosθ+63sinθ=1

 sinθ+cosθ=32

 sinπ4+θ=32

 π4+θ=60° or 120°

 θ=15° or 75°

Larger angle =75°
