The correct answer is: 4.7
Given data, $16,22,3,14,5,10,8,6,11,4$ Arranging is ascending order $3,4,5,6,8,10,11,14,16,22$ Median $=\frac{\left(5^{\text {th }}+6^{\text {th }}\right) \text { observation }}{2}=\frac{8+10}{2}=9$
Mean deviation from the median

& |3-9|+|4-9|+|5-9|+|6-9|+|8-9| \\
= & \frac{+|10-9|+|11-9|+|14-9|+|16-9|+|22-9|}{10} \\
= & \frac{6+5+4+3+1+1+2+5+7+13}{10} \\
= & \frac{47}{10}=4.7
