10% v/V means 10 ml solute in 90 ml solvent.

mass of soluteBr2 =10×3.2=32g

mass of solventCCl4 =90×1.6 g

molality(m) =mass of solutemolar mass of solute×1000mass of solvent

m=138.8×10-2=139
