Egg is a gametic cell having half the genetic content that is 5pg DNA (haploid). Thus, the diploid state of cell will have 10pg DNA. During the interphase, G2 phase occurs after the S phase (DNA duplication). The genetic content of cell in G2 phase will be double of the diploid state - 20pg.
