Two reactions occur in the chloroplast of plant. First reaction takes place on the grana of chloroplast. This reaction is called light reaction (photochemical reaction) which require photosynthetic pigments, sun light and water to produce oxygen, ATP and NADPH. Second reaction takes place on the stroma of chloroplast which produces glucose by using the products of light reaction.
