The correct answer is:
$\mathrm{O}^{2-} \gt \mathrm{F}^{-} \gt \mathrm{O} \gt \mathrm{F}$
Atomic radius decreases on going from left to right in a period. Thus size of $O \gt F$. As $O^{2-}$ and $\mathrm{F}^{-}$are isoelectronic, therefore, size of $\mathrm{O}^{2-} \gt \mathrm{F}^{-}$.
